Pelvic Work
Our pelvic bowl is not just a physical space—it’s a sacred center of power, memory, creativity, and deep emotional intelligence. External pelvic work is a somatic healing modality that supports you in releasing tension, trauma, and energetic stagnation held in the tissues of the hips, sacrum, abdomen, glutes, and pubic region.
With intentional, clothed, external touch and deep reverence, this work invites the body to soften, unwind, and return to trust.

✨ Why External Pelvic Work?
Many women carry untold stories in their pelvis—unspoken grief, inherited shame, numbness, or hypervigilance.
This tension can show up as:
• Pelvic pain or tightness
• Low back or hip discomfort
• Disconnection from sexuality or sensuality
• Birth or miscarriage trauma
• Medical trauma or past violations
• Energetic depletion or dissociation
• Lack of grounding, trust, or emotional safety

External pelvic work meets these layers with care—not to force anything open, but to offer the nervous system a new experience: one of safety, sovereignty, and choice.

What Happens in a Session?
You’ll remain centered in your consent and comfort.
Using gentle, intuitive, external contact around the low belly, hip bones, sacrum, thighs, and pubic bone (with your permission), I support the fascia, ligaments, bones, and musculature in releasing old patterns—physical, emotional, and energetic. This is ceremonial. Breath, guided presence, and somatic dialogue are woven throughout to allow you to track, feel, release, and re-inhabit this sacred part of you.

This Work Supports:
• Reconnection to the pelvic bowl, womb, and root
• Healing from birth, surgery, sexual trauma, or loss
• Hormonal balance, fertility, and menstrual regulation
• Integration after transitions (birth, breakup, miscarriage, menopause, abortion)
• Nervous system healing, grounding, and embodiment
• Increased sensation, emotional access, and vitality

Who This Is For:
This work is for you if you…
• Long to reconnect with your pelvic wisdom but don’t know how
• Feel safe enough to be met at the edge of what your body is ready to release
• Are ready to unwind generational patterns of disempowerment or shame
• Desire a deeply honoring experience that centers your wholeness, not your wounding
• Want to feel at home in your body again—rooted, radiant, and sovereign

My Approach
As a chiropractor, intuitive counselor, and somatic guide, I hold this space as a sacred bridge between the physical and the energetic, the structural and the emotional. This is a reclamation. A return.

The pelvis holds the stories the mind has forgotten. But when listened to with love, it becomes a doorway home.
