These Mother Circles are a chance to heal at a deep level, connect with other mamas, and be nourished and honored using sound healing, guided meditation, and community. 

In this women's circle, we will journey inward to meet and integrate the. many versions of ourselves through Guided Meditation, Yoga Nidra, a Flower Ceremony, and Sisterhood.
